Return Policy
You may raise a return request within 5 business days after receiving the product. It will be considered only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during shipment
- Defective item delivered
- Product is unused and in original condition with invoice and tags
Return will not be accepted if:

- Invoice or labels are missing
- Return request made after time limit
After receiving your request, our delivery executive will pick up the product. We will inspect it and decide whether to accept or reject the claim. Our decision will be final.
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, refund will be initiated.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method within 2–4 working days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be transferred to provided bank account
Product Replacement
Replacement can be requested if:

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipping. Once packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
